Cookies and similar technologies
This policy explains the cookies and browser storage used by this website. The inventory below describes the services actually configured in this version. Accepting cookies is not separate permission for contact-form processing, marketing email, contracts or international data transfers.
Necessary preference record
rexyon-consent-v4 is first-party localStorage provided by Rexyon. It stores category choices, decision and expiry dates, the notice and service-inventory versions, and the GPC signal state where present. It creates no advertising identifier, contact record or random visitor ID. Choices are valid for up to 180 days; expired or incompatible records are removed at the next check. This is this website’s retention choice, not a claim of a universal statutory period.
Functional preferences
First-party localStorage rexyon-theme-v2 is provided by Rexyon and remembers a light/dark theme only with functional permission. It lasts no longer than the valid choice record, up to 180 days, and is removed on withdrawal. If persistent theme storage is declined, internal links still carry your selected appearance using the theme=light or theme=dark URL parameter, without another cookie or browser-storage entry.
Analytics and marketing categories
Analytics and marketing are separate categories. No provider is configured in either category in this version, so their switches are off and unavailable. No permission is recorded for these categories and no tracking tool is loaded. Before adding a service, its provider, purpose, processing and transfer details, storage names and durations must be disclosed. The inventory and notice versions are updated and a fresh choice is requested. An earlier “Accept all” choice does not automatically permit future services.
Choices, withdrawal and closing
The first layer and preference centre give equally prominent rejection, management/saving and acceptance options. Optional switches start off. Declining does not block access. Closing the window, scrolling or browsing is not consent; unsaved changes are not applied. Reopen “Cookie settings” in any page footer to change your choice or withdraw optional permissions using “Reject all”. Open tabs in the same browser apply the change. On withdrawal, an optional service is stopped; if an integration has already run, the page is reloaded. Data already processed by a third party and server-managed records may require a separate request to that provider.
Browser privacy signals
When Global Privacy Control (GPC) is detected, it is shown in the preference centre and marketing stays off. Optional services still need an explicit choice when GPC is absent. This version does not sell/share personal data for advertising or perform cross-site tracking. Embedded maps, videos and social feeds do not start automatically. No universal legal effect is claimed for the separate legacy “Do Not Track” signal.
Records, browser settings and updates
The choice record stays in this browser and is not sent to a central consent database or advertising service. If browser storage is blocked, optional services remain off and you may be asked again on another page. Clear this site’s browser data to remove local records. Different devices and browsers have separate choices. Old permission is not reused after an inventory, purpose, provider or notice-version change. This technical mechanism alone does not guarantee legal compliance for every country or service.
