These terms explain the use of the Rexyon presentation website. Specific conditions concerning software subscriptions, setup, support, payment or project delivery are established separately in the quotation and relevant agreement.

1. Purpose of the website
The website provides information about Rexyon, web design services, artificial intelligence solutions and technology products developed by Rexyon. Page descriptions do not by themselves create a purchase, licensing or service agreement.
2. Products, plans and examples
Product development status and plan scope are stated on the relevant pages. Images are demonstration screens containing example data. Prices are confirmed by quotation. Monthly or annual subscriptions, setup, support priority, scheduled meetings and extra-time conditions apply according to the written quotation. “Priority” support must not be interpreted as a numerical response-time guarantee.
3. Intellectual property
The Rexyon brand, its designs, software images and content belong to the relevant rights holders. Unless written permission or an applicable right of use exists, they must not be presented as a third party’s product or service, reproduced or commercially republished.
4. Appropriate use
Do not attempt to damage the website, gain unauthorised access, use other people’s information without permission or misuse communication channels. Provide accurate contact details in the form. Messages are relayed through Supabase to the business’s Telegram bot. A success notification confirms technical delivery; it does not constitute a quotation, contract or commitment to a specific response time.
5. External links and availability
External platform links are provided for convenience; those services are governed by their own terms. Website content and features may be updated. No absolute commitment is made regarding uninterrupted access or identical appearance on every device; mandatory legal rights are reserved.
6. Privacy and enquiries
The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy apply to personal data and browser preferences. Send questions about these terms or website content to baran@rexyon.com.
7. Difference between an enquiry and an order
“Get a Quote”, “14-Day Demo” and contact buttons lead only to an enquiry. This website does not collect payments, request card information or start a paid subscription. Sending a form creates no payment obligation or automatic-renewal instruction. Price, tax, licence scope and start date are specified in a separate written offer.
8. Information before a subscription is concluded
Before a paid subscription is concluded, transaction-specific information must identify the parties and contact details, product/plan and user scope, total tax-inclusive price and additional charges, billing period, duration, renewal method, service start, support, termination/cancellation and applicable withdrawal rights or exceptions. Consumer transactions additionally require the relevant pre-contract information and confirmation, contract and a copy on a durable medium. Being software does not automatically remove all withdrawal rights. Business and consumer transactions require separate assessment; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
